I should be working on a presentation for class tomorrow, or studying for finals, or studying for the NCLEX, or, or, or...But I just had to post that I finished clinicals! These are my scrubs on fire. I never have to wear navy blue scrubs again. I got a uniform catalog in the mail yesterday and it was the first time I really looked at one. I had been avoiding them as I got sicker and sicker of the navy but knew I had no choice. Now I could actually get something else. The problem is I'm not really a flowery/Disney/heart/angel/cartoon type of girl. So I'll probably just end up with some solid color, anything but navy.
Only 13 days till graduation!

Aisy - So glad someone got the reference. I wasn't sure if it was too vague or not applicable since they actually are nurse's scrubs. But that line made laugh so hard I just had to use it, applicable or not.
i'm glad you've been converted to rushmore. also, thich nhat hanh would be so disappointed in you. congrats.
RR - I was converted to Rushmore years ago, back when we would hang out, during my last rated R spree. I'm on another one now, that's how I just saw Bottle Rocket and The Royal Tenenbaums.
When are you getting married? In AK? Are you coming here at all to celebrate?
Yes, we're getting married in Alaska, but we are having a reception at my folks house, like desserts and such. It's August 19th from 3-5 p.m. You're totally invited. I'm sure we'll get announcements out someday. But you should also email me your address.
